PUBLIC OFFER AGREEMENT

For the provision of consulting services:

1. General Provisions

1.1. This document is a public offer in accordance with Article 437 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.

1.2. Self-employed Vasily Sergeevich Bernstein, INN 025608787930, hereinafter referred to as the “Contractor”, offers to conclude an agreement for the provision of educational services to any individual, hereinafter referred to as the “Customer”, on the terms and conditions set out below.

1.3. The acceptance of this offer is considered to be the payment by the Customer for the selected educational services.

2. Subject of the agreement

2.1. The Contractor undertakes to provide the Customer with consulting services that do not require licensing, and the Customer undertakes to accept and pay for these services.

3. Procedure for placing an order and providing services

3.1. Services are ordered through the Contractor’s official website.

3.2. To place an order, the Customer must register on the website and provide reliable information.

3.3. After payment confirmation, the Customer is granted access to the selected product (service).

3.4. Access to the course is provided immediately after payment confirmation. In case of technical problems, access is provided within 24 hours from the moment of payment.

4. Cost of services and payment procedure

4.1. The cost of each course is indicated on the corresponding product page and includes all taxes and fees in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation.

4.2. Payment is made by electronic methods specified on the platform (bank card, e-wallets, etc.).

5. Terms of return and purchase refusal

5.1. In accordance with the Law of the Russian Federation “On Protection of Consumer Rights”, the Customer has the right to refuse the order within 7 days from the date of purchase, provided that the content is not actually used.

5.2. Refunds are made within 10 business days after receiving the Customer’s request.

6. Rights and obligations of the parties

6.1. The Contractor undertakes to provide access to the consultation in full and ensure its functionality.

6.2. The Customer undertakes to use the provided materials solely for personal educational purposes and not to distribute them without the permission of the copyright holder.

7. Confidentiality and data protection

7.1. The Contractor guarantees the safety and confidentiality of the Customer’s personal data in accordance with the Federal Law “On Personal Data”.

7.2. The Customer agrees to the processing of their data for the purposes of fulfilling the order and providing access to the course.

8. Responsibility of the parties

8.1. The Contractor shall not be liable for the inability to access the consultation caused by technical problems of third-party services.

8.2. The Customer is responsible for compliance with the rules for using the platform and the terms of content provision.

9. Changes to the terms

9.1. The Contractor reserves the right to make changes to these terms. Changes come into force from the moment of their publication on the official website.

9.2. The Customer undertakes to regularly familiarize themselves with the updates to the terms.
