As of 3 June 2025, a new legal entity has been officially registered:
NG AI Hub S.L. — a company founded by Vasily Bernshtein and Yury Tolmachev, IT entrepreneur.
We have both become full co-owners and administrators.
The company was conceived as a multiservice structure, capable of operating across several business domains.
Already at the registration stage, more than 20 CNAE codes (Spanish classifications of economic activity) were activated, covering:
- Digital technologies: programming, web portals, hosting, software development;
- Marketing, PR and design;
- Consulting and alternative education;
- Publishing projects and media;
- E-commerce and platform-based services;
- Real estate and spatial management;
- Recruitment and personnel outsourcing.
This is not merely the registration of a legal entity — it is the infrastructure for a suite of digital services, many of which are already in advanced stages of development.
